CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India), Pune.

CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India) is taking a delegation of more than 100 members to South Korea on study tour to inculcate best practices for price proposition and challenges to implement the same.

The small and medium size builders are the key personals who would be representing the real estate developers in Pune. The focus areas are going to be prominent city buildings ad landmarks and study life cycles of big projects.

Korea’s real estate sector has organized an exhibition on a one-to-one level of builders and local construction management companies, equipment procurement companies, material manufacturers and stake holders.

South Korea has made some amazing strides in technology over the last decade.

It would be interesting to learn from the experience to develop similar world-class facilities in Pune. This tour is aimed at promoting Pune as an attractive real estate destination globally, and could lead to attractive FDI inflow in the construction sector.

Earlier, the size and style of the real estate industry in South Korea was the same as of Pune today. It will be our endeavor to imbibe most of the latest technologies and trade practices which will help improve the real estate scene in Pune. In addition, the delegation will also study projects in Seoul and Songdo to understand the finer nuances of marquee projects.

To meet the realty demands of the city, tremendous knowledge and experience from developed cities like Seoul is required.

The goal of this 8-day excursion is to foster the exchange of technology and trade between the two countries and to observe the best practices implemented by them and replicate them on home ground.

The www.punerealestate.com TEAM wishes all CREDAI member Good Luck !

Expanding the city limits has become an mandate for the municipal corporation for indigenious living. Rationale development is a key factor for the balanced development of any city. As a natural consequence, people from the rural areas steadily migrate to urban areas to earn a better livelihood.  If we look back all the metro cities have stayed alive just because they have not stagnated or decayed, but have taken a diversified approach and grown further. The stagnation is experienced at all the levels – infrastructure, property market potential and their overall ‘live ability’ quotient.  The geographical expansion if city limits has historically been proven as the only viale means of rational urbanisation.

The city which provides maximum employment should have the best planning like PCMC, which is known for its globally acclaimed infrastructure – based model of planned urbanisation. The PCMC has consistently employed the method of expanding the spread of its real estate map as the most viable means to prevent core congestion.

So if you are looking for promising and high return investment options keep an eagle's eye on these locations...
